Chicken Rub

Down here in the Carolinas, BBQ Church fundraisers are the event of the month, & if your lucky they’ll have half chickens slow cooked over live coals on brick pits.  Our Chicken Rub brings you that pit chicken flavor that everyone craves.  Use it alone to keep things simple or with other Corbett’s Rubs for a more robust flavor.
