Pre-Seasoned Fajita Meat

We've taken our skirt steaks and cut them with the grain into perfect fajita strip lengths and seasoned them with our Ranchero Seasoning. Throw them on the grill and cook them hot & fast with a few flipity flips then slice them against the grain to make tender succulant fajitas.
