Short Ribs

Another amazing cut from the Chuck Primal, we love the chuck for its rich beefy flavor. These super versatile ribs can be smoked, braised, or a combination of both. We love to get a little wood smoke on these and then wrap them with some bone broth and a little red wine and let them melt in the oven.
