Texas Hot Gut Sausage - Ready2Smoke

Our take on a traditional Texas Hot Gut Sausage. Our Ready to Smoke is uncooked but has the nitrites and binder already mixed in. The idea behind this sausage is that most backyard guys dont have sausage making equipment and are probably throwing a pre-made/smoked sausage on the smoker with their brisket on the weekends. This sausage allows you to actually smoke a sasauge from start to finish like all the great central TX BBQ joints do.
